LETTER TO COACHES AND SPORTS PERFORMANCE-PSYCHOLOGY STAFF … CONCENTRATION GRID EXERCISE
We have developed a web-based and app version of the concentration/mental focus grid exercise that coaches have used for years (with pen and paper) to help their athletes develop the focus/attention skills that are so important for on-the-field success – CONCENTRATION GRID
Our version of the grid game/exercise allows players to select grids in sizes ranging from 3 to 14 rows and columns. The smaller grids test dexterity and speed. The larger grids test the ability to sustain focus. In-between grid sizes test both speed/dexterity and focus. Each grid size presents a unique and fun challenge.
Please forward this note/information to other coaches (of any sport) in your network who may have student-athletes interested in mental skills training and development. We invite all coaches to use the CONCENTRATION GRID app to help their student-athletes achieve success on the mental side of sports performance/leadership.
If you have any questions or feedback on our grid game/websites, please share it with us (Feedback button at www.concentrationgrid.net/help.html or e-mail to admin@concentrationgrid.com).
